Red Jambalaya
- 1lb pk Andouille Sausage
- 1lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 sticks of celery
- 2 sticks of green onions diced up
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 15oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups of long grain rice
- 3 cups chicken broth (low sodium)
- 1lb raw shrimp peeled with tails off
- Parsley flakes for garnish
