Favorite Character: Grog Favorite Moment: Scanlan's long con to have Vex looking like a witch. When after teaching her to ride the broom and getting her the black pointy hat, in the middle of the battle against Vecna he says "I'll cast minor illusion to turn her skin green".

Fav character: Percival Fav scene in the Campaign: The Sun Tree, with the 8 figures in the tree, right at the very beginning of the Whitestone arc. It set the tone in a way that slapped the characters, players, and viewers awake and said HEY, This is Matt Mercer we’re talking about!

It's gotta be Pike's first introduction as an astral projection when fighting the skeleton army of the Briarwoods as she just comes running and smashes into them like a bright, radiant wrecking ball. It gave me chills

Good pull! This moment was my favorite for such a long time. The image of this tiny glowing radiant gnome in the midst of a sea of undead, dropping a Turn Undead nuke in the middle of them was epic beyond epic in my mind. It was my favorite until Vex dropped a mostly dead Grog out of the necklace who dropped a crit on Kevdak and cut the bitch in half. So good

Favourite Character: Percy Favourite Moment: its hard to pick because there’s so many good moments, but one I really love is Scanlans whole process during the final battle with Vecna. The planning and the counter spells and the heartbreak of loosing his one shot at saving Vaxildan.

Fav Moments: For a funny moment it has to be the locked temple door with Scanlan, Percy and Vax. And so begins the long standing joke of Vox Machina vs Doors! For a dramatic moment the one that stands out has to be the final fight. Sams decision to counterspell.... I won't say more for SPOILERS but what a moment of real emotion in the final hours - we all felt it as cast and audience -... Just wow... still goosebumps when I watch it back

Favourite character: Vex'ahlia (i am a useless lesbian) Favourite moment: the Kevdak HDYWTDT. As much as I like the feywild mini-arc, I don't think anything tops Vex pokeballing Grog out like 50 feet in the air and him ripping Kevdak in half right before he falls unconscious. It was awesome.

Favourite Characters: Scanlan & Grog (They are both funny but also they had some very human moments where they had to drop the act and that resonated with me so much) Favourite Moment: A sad one, when Scanlan died and Grog shouted "Fix him!" at the clerics, unable to do anything himself. It breaks me every time. (Also the Redskins fight song on Scanlans resurrection...i cri everitim)

Yes! Just reading the quote “fix him!” Made me get a tear in my eye. Of all the emotional moments in both campaigns this one hit the hardest for me. It’s reminiscent, for me, of the Stone Biter from The NeverEnding Story. So big and strong but still couldn’t save his friends. That’s just the saddest shit ever.

Man the “Fix him!” line really broke me, it just felt so sincere, like a child, but with authority behind it. And Scanlan’s 9th level counterspell will forever be one of my favorites because of what it entailed behind the action and the sadness in Sam’s eyes, plus the fact that nobody except Sam and Liam knew in that moment.

@@jamilortiz1 I think Matt knew. The look on his face when Sam dropped that spell wasn’t, oh no you defeated my big bad, it was shock. I’m sure there was a discussion about what Sam wanted to do with that wish. Favorite Character: Percy, all day every day. Favorite Moment(s): for heartwarming gold - the cannonball contest and Dalen’s closet downtime. Favorite Character: Percy Favorite moments: The Tub, Do you Spice, SILAS! and if you still can't wait for this you should look up the anime Record of the Lodoss war it has a similar origin to Legend of Vox Machina but it was a D&D game that had it's story told in a popular Japanese magazine and was played by some of japans most famous contemporary writers

I’ve thought about it a lot and I think I’d have to say Vex is my favorite because she’s just so good at going from extremely threatening to charming/manipulative to actually sweet and kind and also she clearly doesn’t put up with anyone’s BS. Favorite moment would have to be when she kills Delilah (both times) because you can just tell how much she cares about Percy and Vax and what it all means

Asked myself the fave character question already never managed to find an answer. It's how they interact with each others that really makes me love them all so much. So i'll follow a little 'Which character are you ?' test i did and settle on Vax. Favorite moment : Grog's "Fix Him" and the way Vax joined his Queen with everyone else trying to hold him back.

Tary's intro is my absolute favorite moment. Meta level the cast is furious at Sam but also laughing at Tary. "Little Elf Girl" and everyone getting farther away from Laura gets me every time I watch it

Character, Scanlan. Moment is SO hard, but, while the climactic counterspell is incredible (and in particular, Sam actually brealing down emotionally afterwards cos he wanted to save his friend). But the big one for me, honestly? Dalen's Closet, Scanlan's gift. Maaate i ugly-cried SO hard and was not ashamed at ALL

Favorite character: Pike Favorite moment: When Vox Machina finishes fighting Vecna and goes for drinks. That feeling of everything finally closing, but not wanting it to close is so unique.

Favorite Character: Vax Favorite Moments: Briarwood Battle with Jenga. The Twins being separated, and The Sunken Tomb. Also, “do not go far from me”. I really vibe with the twins because me and my brother and extremely close.

My favorite moments were when they were just fucking around the city. Like both times when Grog got into the fight ring. First time as Phillip, then second as himself. Man, it was so cool everyone cheering for him and how travis got invested in it. It just pumps me up with energy every time I watch it.

Vex is my favorite (as well as Trinket, because he's so adorable). I love so many moments with her (the bathtub scene, the final clash with Ripley, the resurrection scene, etc.), but I think one of the ones that made my heart soar was when she spoke to Trinket for the first time. I'm sure we've all wished to be able to talk to our animal friends, and hearing Trinket speak to her for the first time was so endearing, and Laura's reaction was priceless.

Favorite character: Tie between Scanlan and Percy Favorite moment: When Vex dies in the Sunken Tomb. I found that moment so incredibly emotional and powerful and shocking. Runner-up favorite: Scanlan's solo assault on Vedmeyer's house during the Briarwood Arc when he turns into a triceratops and shows off how badass a bard can be.

Very difficult to pick a favorite member of VM, but if pressed I think Vex wins by a slim margin. Love her layers and her style of leadership, as well as her wit and humor. Favorite Moments (I tried to be vague but possible spoilers): (1) Scanlan's 9th Level Counterspell (with aftermath and implications), (2) Vex at the end of the battle during the Dalen's Close One-Shot, (3) The first Briarwood encounter after the Dinner, (4) Keyleth's big spell against Raishan, (5) Pike teaching Taryon everyone's names.

Great moment is when grog names his dad Stonejaw and Matt thinks about it for a second and starts laughing at the realization that his full name is Stonejaw Strongjaw. 🤣🤣🤣. That killed me.

Can't wait for the animated series, I want to watch it so bad! But want it to be good, want them to take their time. One of the best moments of the series has to be in the final fight with Vecna. Matt's descriptions really bring across how desperate of a time it is

Favorite character: Grog (2nd Place, Pike) Favorite Moment: The introduction of the Chroma Conclave. That was just so epic and vivid I could see it in my head (2nd Place, Pike's astral projection in the Briarwood Arc where she destroyed like 20 undead by herself)
