Crew Stories: Jessamine Griffin - She Just Needs a Place to Hide 

Just to let you know. You are missing the end of the crew stories. After hiring them and talking wait a week and they will have new updated dialog. She says that they are no longer after her.

Crew stories? Oooo that is a wonderful idea. I can't wait to tune into this.

I was always under the impression that mechs were used by both the UC and FC. Same with the Xeno Warfare stuff too. It's even been mentioned that Gagarin is a UC town as well

Honestly, if she was an actual proper companion with flushed out diologue i can see har being a REALLY interesting companion

I really hope Bethesda puts out DLC content expanding on these under explored companions. They have so much unused potential to add to both the gameplay and story that it is heart breaking to se it. Grant it they need to fix all the quest glitches like the constellation and the clone colony first though. Broken quests are more fustraighting than under used companion stories/quests. I'm kinda surprised that they haven't tried to fix those issues with a update yet. You'd think that would've been their highest priority in the 1st weeks. Especially since they're the most crucial period to keep people's interest in the game.

Gararin produced mechs for the UC not the Freestar Collective that is why it is in UC space. Although the Freestar Collective is known for having better mech pilots both sides of the war used mechs.

I really like the concept of the Crimson Fleet, and they are my favorite faction in the game, but like a lot in Starfield, their lore seems undercooked and a good example is the minimalist explanation on how Jessamine is in The Key without being proper member of the CF. When asked, Radley (from the Trade Authority) seems saddened at how he is treated like an outsider by people like Naeva. And can hear random CF pirates occasionally saying that watching Raleigh smile makes them wanting to punch him. It would have been a nice detail to have some of the random CF pirates complain about Jessamine being at the Last Nova without being part of the Fleet, or that she recently joined just to be able to hide at The Key. I suppose the didn't try to do anything more due to the potential outcomes at the end of the CF quest line, but still feels like a missed opportunity that makes Jessamine feels disjointed from the game, specially with the other elements of her background being either absent from the game /ex: her gang or Caitlin), or not causing her any reaction (ex: visiting Gagarin). Anyway, I do would look forward to see more videos about the Crimson Fleet, The Key and the "evil" companions (or at least those who don' mind you playing pirate), which are the only ones I'm actually interested, since they don't abandon me in the middle of a fight. As a minor bonus, Isra Liskova, one of the vendors at the key, is the sister of Malai Liskova, owner of the unique Solstice pistol "Ember" and the Datura ship, whom you can meet during the Ryujin quesltine. Isra will have some unique dialogue after your encounter her sister (don't expect too much though). Lastly, hope you tone done the good morality approach with this game Ox: game already forces the good guy route down our throats and I would at least like to avoid that while watching your videos.

Jessamine is my favorite companion, she not annoying like Vasco, but I wish she had more dialogue like the core four. After recruiting her and after her dialogue of the zealots no longer hunting her, she has nothing to say beside the I have something for you cap.

I think both the UC and FC used mechs and xenoweapons. At the lab on Kreet one of the slates mentions that the FC was studying xenoweapons too, and there is a mech factory on Mars as well as Gagarin. Its just that the UC Dust Devils are famous for their use of xenoweapons and the FC First Cavalry were famous for their mechs.

She’s not in the crimson fleet so she wouldn’t care lol.

Oxhorn, you are using the Taskmaster trait, so your crew hires cost ~2x, but they might repair your ship in a fight.

thanks for covering the hirable characters, I hired a shotgun expert at new Atlantis & young doctor at Akila city once. they lacked any depth compared to the free constellation crew members. I thought pairing a doctor with a Medbay would provide on-ship medical services nope. maybe in an update someday

She is one of my favorites. I just hate having to do the Crimson Fleet quest to recruit her.

You should cover the Starseed mission on Charybdis lll. Its fun.

The thing with Starfield - it’s an attempt at a new universe, new lore, new characters - for a company that inherited rpg with vast lore it’s a shot in the dark. With a lot of pockets to fill and expectations- most returning players feel shafted - granted most were of the “FIRST” crowd and didn’t do it out of enjoyment first and completing second. Impatient and pointing out all the flaws and not pointing out the obvious pros of the game. Now with this crew member I keep getting her mixed with Jasmine of the Crimson fleet - a game with similar names is often confused with each other

I don't know if you'll even see this but could you do another fallout 4 mod muster on America rising 2 that just came out also do you have any advice to help me I play on Xbox One and every time the main menu pops up it immediately crashes the game could you help

This new way RU-vid has organized things is lame. I cant find your fallout videos they used to be so easy to find. Go into playlist tab and they were maybe a third of the way down. Now I have to just keep scrolling and scrolling and scrolling. I watch them almost every night because i have a ringing in my ears and the noise helps me get to sleep.

I don't think her old friend/chosen sister is actually in the game. Another missed opportunity by Bethesda.

I like her accent.

You should make a series about the Enclave Rising mod sometime. And other Fallout DLC mods. Sense you and other channels are tapped out of Fallout content to talk about for the next several years.

The word “something” in her dialogue, “need something capt’n” if you pass by her in your ship is spelled wrong in the subtitles. Found this out while rearranging my ship

I’ve been enjoying starfield a lot, Overall I would say it’s a great game. My main gripes are that I think it’s a bit repetitive to have a ship land next to you everytime I land on a planet, And seeing the same fauna on different planets in different galaxies is silly imo. Also there’s always a spacer camp right there that is just a copy cat location so there’s literally no point in going to them after the first couple. And I really think Starfield would be better if they only had a couple galaxies that were more full and had real maps, rather than their “mile wide inch deep” approach. These are my main complaints with the game and they all stem from repetitiveness which at times makes the game feel more grindy than fun. I’m only mentioning this because I want to give an honest review including my criticisms. Is it a great RPG? It has its elements but I wouldn’t call it a great RPG. Is it a great game? Yes, It’s very fun if you give it a chance without having super high expectations and looking for flaws 🌌

Best way to enjoy Starfield is through the eyes of people that seem to enjoy the game. I simply can't and don't monde being spoilered at least so I know how to not waste more time if I ever get back to that unfinished 100 buck beta I luckily didn't purchased...

There were so many parts in this vid where Oxhorn says "The character has no reaction to the players actions". Its astounding how Bethesda is getting worse at making games, its sad to see.

Why does she have that accent? Why does ANYONE in this game have an accent from earth? MAKES NO SENSE. Love the game though.

I don't see the lure of this game at all. The setting doesn't have any of the charm or intrigue that Fallout or Elder Scrolls has.

Every character is a girl ......stunning and brave. This one is as trustworthy as a Spacer.... almost not the worth of the cost of the ammunition.
