How horrible this situation is and I pray for the family. I hope he is found safe and alive however as more time passes I suspect he is no longer alive and I would guess he was so intoxicated that he drowned.
i wonder if they've tried tossing things into the water to see where the currents take them...unless it's a stagnant river. one guy who went missing in chicago turned up on a beach in indiana
It's really sad that nobody called to try to get help for Riley and his friends just let him walk alone in that condition. I wonder if he hit his head whenever he fell and maybe suffered a brain injury.
Exactly why didn't his so called frat brothers go out looking for him instead of going back to the hotel, I wouldn't have left TN until I found him. A couple years ago there was a Frat party at Mizzou that left a young man paralyzed, blind and not able to speak bc he was being hazed. And at the end of the school year they have a off campus block party where the students fill empty milk jugs full vodka and Kool aide and get so drunk they fall down, I saw one guy fall down and busted his nos on the concrete. It's terrible they spend all that money to go to school and get wasted
He was escorted out the back door by security. They wouldn't let his friends go that way. One paid the tab and was gonna go around and meet him, but security told him he couldn't stand at the building, so he started walking. His friend couldn't find him when he went out. Called him and was told he was just walking back to the hotel.
how would a bartender know if he was overserved if he was in a group and someone was getting drinks for the rest of them though... or if they entered the bar already very drunk from a previous bar? and i'm assuming it was a crowded bar so it's not like he would have stood out if it was standing room only.
I’m guessing it would depend on what is shown in surveillance. If they were there the whole night. Who was buying. He clearly was intoxicated enough to kick him out. But it could have been a case of bar hopping, or as you said, friends supplying the bevs. Just gotta wait til the bar footage is released.

His friends need to be ashamed of themselves. You never let your drunk friend leave alone. Yep, his friends suck and I hope Riley is found for their sake. Lots of karma will be coming their way.
What I find odd is that no one has shared what the night temps are there? Could he have died of alcohol poisoning? Was he heading in the right direction to reach his hotel? He doesn't have any friends. If he did they would have went w/him. Why do frat boys get so DRUNK???????
Pretty sure he's dead by now. No food or water if he's living somewhere. If he's kidnapped, pretty sure the ransom is already made public so none of that either. We are wasting so much government taxpayer resources to find a missing person that is deemed dead. Why.
Don’t feel bad. This guy was actually known to be quite the terrible human. People who have been interviewed about him have claimed that he was a bit of a bigot and very pervy towards the women in his social circle. Now I wonder why are you people so obsessed with finding such a horrible person? Certainly you would feel the same if he was black right? 🤔
