Yes to more quad content. You should make a billet caliper mount/rotor guard for the yfz450, the one you make for the TRX is slick with the replaceable guard.
I can tell as your coming out of the corners that it accelerates faster than my yfz450 would. I lobe it ! You guys could take the place of the major manufacturers that r losing out in quad scene.
Excellent job bro!!! 16.7 lbs is ALOT!!!!And dropping it to a Single can Exhaust will be another big weight loss !! That is a Bad Looking quad!!!! The Quality you guysproduce is Amazing and Top Notch!!👍👍
Definitely looking forward to some dune and woods riding with your beast. Eastern Oregon has some good trail systems that take you up to the mountains and out in the sage brush. I've never been to Arizona but I'm looking forward to seeing it sometime
You say it's really not too bad. Dude that's kick ass really cool looking too I want one YZ 250 OR KTM 300 2T or a 2 STROKE KTM 300 converted to the 500cc. The Gas Gas 500 two stroke from Ken Kaplan converted to quad hell yeah thank you dudes for giving the world this option. Two strokes coming back thanks too you guys!🙏
You should try swapping out the hardware for titanium for even more weight loss I went a little crazy on my Duke 890R I swapped out every bolt I can easily access to titanium it really made a difference the bike felt a bit more rigid and the hardware is so awesome to work with you don’t even have to use the right size socket and they won’t even strip… anyway you guys are the best love watching your videos✌🏻
Have you thought about being able to add a steering stabilizer to the quad? I can't wait to see more videos on it absolutely killed it and makes me want to build one more and more
Fox floats on the front would be a big drop over the 🦕 t.c.s shocks. Will you be building A arms for stock frames? The market is sadly overpriced (only good choice is j.d. Imo).
I noticed the thick tubing in one of your earlier videos. It would be nice if you could smooth out the transition from the tank shrouds to the front fenders.
I hope Honda manufacturers see this because they need to build quads like this. Seriously awesome job. I’ve got a hybrid ltz400 hybrid with a rm250 motor it’s complete. I just need some better looking clean mounts how can I get some done from you guys
Welcome baaaackkk!! Haha 😄 luv the saying !! Dude that red seat yall set on that yfz shoulda came like that!!! That looks sikkk with that red 👌. Snd shiat to own the fastest quads that yami ever made is swawheat in itself!! But the 16.9 lbs difference is bad friggen azz !!! That quad yall built from the very torqueee chonda 450 dirtbike is just another sexy badazz excellent handling work of art bike built from the most #1 bike builders in the USA 🇺🇸 . And yes ""that's a big deal ""👌 haha. Just an awesome quad 👏 luv the merch he is wearing too!! 2stroker4life!!
Would you guys ever do one of these quad kits on a crf450L? I’ve always wanted a road legal quad to rip around on and would be super curious on if that would be possible
we can build you a kit - or a complete turn key build. being road legal - depends on your local laws/state etc.. AZ allows atv's on the road , obviously you would have your 450rl street title also - so it really depends on inspection station and local laws.
@@BVCOFFROAD I’m out here in Indiana and they are pretty anti fun so quads can’t touch roads in my county at all. The 450L was a work around for dirt bike guys around here but of course us sport quad guys get no love since side by sides have taken over the world
Are those just stock honda 450r A-arms on it currently? This thing is so gnarly and I can't wait to see these kits on other bikes! Edit: Never mind, I see the heim joints now.
All aftermarket vs stock.... totally fuckin fair. Also stock yfz pipes and intakes have a lot of restriction. Change out that shit on the Yamaha and put em head to head
They are both stock … and yes ofcourse the oem pipe is junk. This was a weight comparison vid. Both go on a diet with aftermarket exhaust and other bits n bobs
@@BVCOFFROAD those a-arms and swing arm on that honda gotta be lighter than the stock yfz parts. Plus it looks like an aluminum AC bumper on that honda. Just sayin I think the real comparison would be same parts across both machines
