Up 4 Munros from Crianlarich. Settling some unfinished business for Finn, as well as gaining more experience on mildly technical terrain (he is still only 15 months old here). There were signs he was anxious a couple of times, yet he obeyed instruction and clearly enjoyed a "well done" hug a few times! Route: Crianlarich - Grey Height - Cruach Ardrain - Beinn Tulaichean - Stob Glas - Beinn a' Chroin - An Caisteal - Twistin Hill - across A82 - WHW - Crainlarich.
28 years ago my dad and I did the 7 Crianlarich Munros in 2 outings from BalQ: Day 1 combining Ben Chabhair with B a' Chroin + An Caisteal, then Day 2 Stob Binien/Ben More with C. Ardran/B. Tulaichean. Today allowed exploration of the ground between, these groups, as well as the approaches/descents along Grey Height/Twistin Hill ridges. Another bonus was having fantastic weather and viz.

thanks! funny you mention the route finding, me and finn were supporting my 80yr old dad walking the speyside way last weekend, we followed a way-marker pointing along the side of quiet road and followed. Finn wasnt happy and kept trying to peel off into the trees. We soon found out why - the actual path was there about 10m into the trees parallel to the road 🤣. good dog!

excellent views, excellent day in the hills with Finn, you deserved that beer for sure. What camera do you shoot with on your travels? Rob

Tend to go lightweight and just take gopro session 4 (wee cube). I love trying to capture the days out on video but its always secondary to the day out hence shaky mid-run/walk shots, no tripods being set up or drones etc! Just pick the gopro out of handy side pocket now and then, talk crap and try make up for it when publishing! Hope u enjoy anyway
