Unlike all other teams, India was the only team to have 4 lefties who can bat in their lineup and their batting order could be shuffled based on RH-LH combination Aus had 2 lefties in Head and Warner, then 4 RH and Wade Eng had Moeen and Sam trying to squeeze in 5 RH SA have De Kock at 1 and Miller at 5 Afg just had Kharote/ Najib at 6 This is where the difference was made because it allowed India to also have 4* left handed bowlers (3 of them spinners) in their playing XI

2 TRICKY THING that made easy for 🇮🇳 : # Toss : That little rain before the toss made Butler on a tricky situation to bowl first keeping in mind, of DLS coming to play. (Or on other side even if it's a normal day, 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 have more chance against 🇮🇳 only if they bat 2nd, that's the case😇). # Moeen's not bowling : The 2nd thing is that even after seeing the pitch condition, because of rohit's mindset on 🇮🇳 team & also because of india's flexible middle order - they could not use him😇.

One major difference this time with India is the presence of left handers in batting. Earlier, teams used to choke them with left-arm spinners and leg-spinners. I feel Cricbuzz has got the expert panel wrong. Sehwag and Vaughan combination would have made the conversation bit more interesting, a few banters here and there.

Butler read the conditions completely wrong. Choosing to field after winning the toss and then not bowling Moeen Ali at all. If you see, Rashid & Livingstone bowled their 8 overs giving only 49 runs at 6.17 runs per over but it was that 3rd spinners space which Curran & Jordan bowled and they conceded 62runs at12.4 per over in their 5 overs. That changed everything. That allowed India to score those extra 25 runs putting England under pressure and on the back seat. Further, Indian spinners pushed them out of the game. At times certain decisions are taken for some other reasons but they turn out to be fruitful and magical. Bumrah after bowling over no.2 wanted to bowl from the other end and so Axar was brought in to bowl over no.4 which just turned the game totally in India's favour. Remember, England were 26/0 in 3 overs and had got the start they wished for. They just had to capitalise on it. But Butler's wrong shot selection opened up the crack that India was seeking and then with each over the cracks kept getting wider and eventually India just ripped apart the English batting line up. A comprehensive victory 👍 Just one game away and we shall do it this time. 100% trust in the team and Fingers Crossed 🤞 Best of Luck Team India!

Vaughan keeps bringing up the pitch. He fails to realise that India have changed significantly since losing in 2022. They are aggressive at the top and their middle order is loaded with big hitters. Any conditions, England will have a hard time beating India. Their batsman are one dimensional - Salt or out of form - Moeen, Johnny B. Their bowling lineup is mediocre at best. Butler, Archer and Rashid are world class, but none of their other players even make it to the India A team on current form
