Yeah.. whatever polishing and licensing they do, if the collision detection and ball physics and model interactions don't come together well; it's just not a good simulation. Period.
After the patch, I noticed a massive difference with the batting. I replied to big Ants twitter post about the game and said that it felt like I was hitting a medicine ball when I hit the ball. Felt really un satisfying and very heavy, also like there was a weird warping/slowing down as you hit the ball. That seems to have gone now and it feels way smoother for me. I was on the verge of flogging the game for 40 bucks because it felt so bad and now I am loving it
For as long as I've watched your content, I've always noticed the collision detection in this game has been crap. Balls flying through the middle of the bat all the time. I've said it before and I'll say it again; this RU-vid channel is the greatest ad to not buy these games.
Love the daily uploads. Hopefully they stick around. Is anyone elses game crash when trying to play year 3 in a career? My game constantly crashes around 100 days from year 3 starting.
Preseason whilst your still a club cricketer would be wild if it was scenarios for a couple of games. like score at 8 an over for 5 overs or dont lose a wicket for remaining 10 overs and then bowling scenarios as well
Do you know that you can view all other competitions during career mode like the county cup, Sheffield shield and even all the internationals going on at the time. Along with bringing back the selection chance screen this is a credit to Big Ant. Just guttted I’m on Xbox and they haven’t even made the day one patch available yet. Love the vids btw
I think there’s a problem where you can’t play a T20 WC with England or Australia because if you go on select competitions, it is countries like Canada and USA and England and Australia aren’t in it. Can anyone ask to get this fixed or flag it up? Does anyone know how to contact Big Ant? This might be a silly question but does Gareth have the power to contact Big Ant or something? Idk but this needs to be sorted because I want to be able to win the T20 WC. There is also an issue that I have found that in the 2027 ODI WC India are in it twice and play 18 games and obviously that means basically no one can catch them and there are 8 other teams who all play 9 games. This games needs to be fixed. In the 2024 T20 WC there is 11 teams as well but in T20 WC there is 10 in a group of 4 and group of 6 so some teams play each other twice. Does anyone know how to flag these things up? Now, every ball I bowl is being called 4 no matter what happens, this game is so broken, why can’t they get people to test it before it comes out?
