6:23 yeah it's a tea stall but it's heavily pimped out... usually such stalls are not in great condition.. but ofcourse for cinematic purposes they have designed it quite aesthetically.. The other thing Hashim Nawaz was in both Pindi Aye songs that I mentioned to you a while back... you should check them out.. the songs are filled with Pakistani rappers showcasing variety of rap styles!
