I have the cricut air 2 with the USB cable, so only have the dial option and I tried it on the Iron On setting and it worked perfectly. I would not have probably known to try this without your tutorial. Thanks!

You are a trip! I want to be friends with you...ha ha. Oh and my Cricut is one day old and I watched a bunch of videos today. There was one where you take an old Clorox Wipes container for weeding, for all those little tiny pieces you stick on your arm. Lol.

Kay, silly... we already are friends! At least that's what I think when I am looking into the camera! You are all my friends sitting around the table with me... crafting! Wait till you see the video I just did.... when you see my finger with vinyl stuck to it... promise me you will laugh out loud??? I was,, when I was editing it! Hahahaha

Thank you for sharing this how to create new material settings! I am afraid mine didn't cut at that pressure but I will fiddle with it, I just cut it twice for the time being

Thanks for watching. Each machine cuts slightly differently. Which is why I share the secret on changing the settings. It's almost freeing being able to customize every single material we cut!

I was able to follow your instructions perfectly. The only problem I have is not being able to change the pressure to 97. The lowest pressure Cricut seems to do now is 100. I can't move the slider passed 100. Are you getting the same now too?

Oh wow.. I haven't even tried lately. It's been cutting for me. Now I want to go play with it... but I can't open the craft room or the kittens will go beserk!! But soon I will.

For some reason my machine doesn't let me cut lower then 100. Going to try it at that to see if it works! Using it for a stencil!

I wish I could. I don't believe that one has pressure setting adjustments. I could be wrong. It was the first machine of there's I used... I used it 4 times and went out and bought the maker.. I knew I was addicted! Thank you for watching!

I figured it out! Buuuuut, the thing is it won’t let me pass 100 on the pressure. 😩 but it’s alright I was cutting some shelf liner from walmart and the vinyl setting works just fine! No adjusting.

somehow it wont let me get down 100 with the pressure. so I tried 100 on the same paper you used but no success. the other different thing is I have a blue mat . Does it matter? Thanks

The blue mat is for lite grip. I would use the green mat which is for standard. Lite grip is the one I use for paper. But really that should make a difference other then gripping. Wow.. how frustrating for you. Now you have me wondering why it won't let you get below 100... I will be back in working on the cricut in a few weeks.. so that is something I will be working on.

I had the same problem. When I set it to 100 it didn't cut all the way through. I changed it to 160 and it was perfect. I had the Magic Cover Brights.

Do they sell transfer tape at the dollar tree as well?

They do.... in the form of clear shelf lining paper. 😉😉
