What paper do you use? I've tried gloss, matt and transparent and in matt the pictures are dull and other 2 they are wet for a while and smudge when cutting? Thanx
So you just hit the go button on the Cricut machine when you load it to cut and it knows to cut out that shape when you hit the button? Great tutorial!!
Can i ask, did you just use a normal printer and normal ink because i prijted an inage from my peint on vinyl and it just smudged straight off the paper :(
I used the Washi setting and it didn't cut the sticker out. Used "more" pressure and it cut, but not enough for me to remove the sticker. My sticker paper must be too thick for Washi setting. Any suggestions on another setting?
I want to use my cricut maker 3 to cut the white border off of stickers that i have already bought, so they are already cut and everything (I want to use those cut stickers in a resin project, with the white border it just looks tacky 😔) How would i go about doing that ?
Great question - It is either the paper or the blade then. If sticky note works for you keep using it, but next time you switch out your blade I'd recommend trying the washi sheet setting again and see if the cut comes out clean.
@@wendycox8894 She missed a step you have to add a circle image and send it to the back of the image make sure you use a grey color or color of your choice so you can see it first. Once you size the circle to cover the image then send it behind the image and change the color to white.
That happened to me once, and I had to do an update, then turn my computer off and on again (I don't know why this part helped, but it did). Hope this helps!
Hi I am trying to print some stickers I have a page of Christmas advent numbers i want to turn into stickers everytime i try to cut the numbers out it only cuts the border what do i need to do to make the cricut cut around my numbers so that i can turn them into stickers? Thank you
It sounds like the numbers are flattened to their background shape. Try unflattening them (bottom right button), and if you want a shape around the numbers, attach the shape and number together instead. Let me know how it goes. Thanks for your question.
From watching the video if you pick sticker paper for the material on your cricut it will cut out both the sticker and the backing so you don’t need to leave them on the sheet. If you pick the washi paper material it will just cut the sticker and leave the backing as one big sheet.
This one is the Epson EcoTank 2750. I like my for everything except trying to print on really thick (100lb) cardstock... then I have issues with it jamming from time to time. Good luck!
@@CricutTime Thanks so much for your response. I treated myself to a new HP printer that claims to accomodate up to 100 lb. cardstock. I'm kinda afraid to try it on the heaviest, but so far everything has gone through the printer just fine. The best idea is a rear feed feeder, but I didn't think of it before I purchased this HP Office Jet Pro 9015e.
Im trying to cut stickers but it cuts the letter & not around the design. My sticker is similar to yours, I just have words where your flowers are. Please help.

Sorry, just saw this! The thick black line was using lots of unnecessary ink so there was an update a little while back which changed this. Now it's just the corners that are printed, instead of the box all around. If when you are trying it's just the corners that are printed, then don't worry, that's just how it looks now :)
