Crime Busters (1977) Movie Review 

i donT think americans can comprehend how popular these spencer hill movies are over here in europe , cult classics , ppl worship these movies, theres bean eating festivals etc , and the dubbing / voices they use here are so amazing + fun

Hi Matt, you won't believe it but I was about to write you a comment under Snake Eater III. I just saw it thanks to your review, and I must say that I found it entertaining and well shot. But the thing that intrigued me most and that I wanted to tell you is that it reminded me of the irony of Spencer and Hill's films. As in S/Hill movies Lorenzo Lamas alternates moments in which he beats the opponent and other very funny scenes in which he is beaten. Very often they have pub fight scenes like SN3. There are also some Spencer/Hill films set in the US with local comparisons, I haven't read the review yet so I don't know if this is the case. 

Thanks for the review Matt. Great job as always. Yeah I agree about the dubbing. Especially with these Bud Spencer movies it's tough because they feature so many actors of different nationalities. I think Terence Hill was actually not dubbed in this one, because when you hear him in interviews it kinda sounds the same. Not sure though.

Terrence Hill was also in Superfuzz which came out not too long after this movie.

11:42 Their fight scenes in their films are almost as entertaining and hilarious as what you see in those classic Three's Stooges shorts IMHO. The first film I watched with Hill& Spencer was the 1981 comedy" Who Finds A Treasure Finds A Friend" which was a fun time "Watch Out We're Mad" as well I actually started watching their films back in 2020 I never grew up with their films I do remember enjoying "Super Fuzz" as a kid watching it on HBO back in the early 80's. I'll give this one a watch sometime?"Miami Supercops" I wasn't the biggest fan of bro. Another fantastic job on the review as always👍👍
