I actually got to meet BACA. I am a child who was abused, sexually, physically and mentally my whole childhood. When my siblings and I were finally rescued we were set up with BACA. They were scary at first, me being 7 years old and seeing 30 huge muscly men with tattoos was a little intimidating, but then they all got down to eye level and introduced themselves and gave me a teddy bear and a lollipop, from then I wasnt scared anymore. They went with me to court. Now for than 11 years later I am still in contact with a couple of the guys from BACA. Some of them even escorted me to my first day of high school, and were at every graduation. I love those guys like family.
I love this, this is like watching a group of dads who actually understand the idea of being a dad, not to scare your own child into listening to you, but to empower them, to build them and show them, that with BACA at their side, they can do anything
i wish they were around when i was a child. i was abused by my dad and everyone in my family knew it too, but they told me they couldnt help me. They said if they did tell or back me up it would be worse for me then better. At 15 my school stepped in and the state. I was unwanted and damaged goods. Today at 46 yrs old I am still damaged goods. Testifying that as an abused, unwanted child it has bled into my adult life as well. I will always speak up if a child is being abused. Nothing is worse for the child then NOT speaking up and helping. Trust me, I know.
T Mistsofjade I am 21 and it took me until I was 18-19 to actually say something but I still feel like I should see if he can go to jail I know for sure I could tell my story to anyone but only girls my husband knows and I did report the.abuse to.the.police and they said they can't do nothing.
Triggered Pagan lol what? So a child should be abused, beat, locked up, punched & neglected because the adults don't treat the earth the way u think it should be? Well, if we can't treat our children & other humans with love & respect...then it's ignorant to think the planet will be treated better. lol
My boyfriend is part of B.A.C.A. His phone is always going off and hes on his bike within 5 mins of getting a text or call from one of the many kids who have his number. I love him unconditionally and am so proud of him. But wouldn't take any recognition or praise himself. And hes a big, hairy guy but a true teddy bear. I love how safe these kids feel just knowing they can reach out to him.... they're lucky, I'm lucky.
I know your comment is 3 years old but I wanted to join 4 years ago and when I looked it up the closes chapter is a 5 hour drive from me 😕. I was really disappointed
@@Baldwin-iv445 i hate working in child services, people always see me as a monster, despite my job being to find safe homes for abused children, even when i tell people that they say "but your still in child services" we arnt all scum, im take my job seriously, i give a shit about each and every kid whose file lands on my desk, i go above and beyond what im meant to just to make sure its the right family to send them to edit: just last week i had a mother screaming at me that im a monster for having her daughter taken away, and for context, the mother was pimping out her 6 year old daughter to the local drug addicts. got to remember that some of these people calling us monsters are worse than us
I recently had the HONOR of meeting my local BACA chapter. These ladies and gents are true angels. After going through what i did when i was in my preteens and early teen, meeting people like this that stand up for children like i used to be was amazing :) When i told them what i went through and that i appreciate everything they do, they all hugged me and it was awesome! :)
@@AGENT47ist I know you wrote this comment 2 years ago, but I don’t think God wants people going over to the Middle East and bombing them and killing children for the sole purpose of money.
The child/children get to pick out which bike to ride on. Then they are taken for a putt around the neighborhood so that the neighbors understand what is going on.
No. Govt. is still helping, just differently. Every little bit is always helpful, and needed. Don’t put down someone or something just because it’s not helping as much, or as openly, as others. The little things behind the scenes does help everyone, too.
My husband and I ride, and we have several friends who ride as well, and I would LOVE to get something like this started in our small little area! You people are doing wonders for those sweet innocent kids! I wish I could shake all of your hands!! God bless you all!
my mother was married to a guy who was part of B.A.C.A. oklahoma city chapter. she was part of it as well.... but when she left him and divorced him she wasnt able to continue cuase she doesnt have a bike... what these guys do are amazing and wonderful people.
As an adult survivor of horrific child abuse, this brought me to tears. Thank you, guys-you are making such a difference for these wounded, precious children.
I wish somebody would have stood up for me when I was a child, I was abused at home and bullied at school and I got through thanks to Jesus however I am very grateful that people are now standing up for abused children and bullied children
Noisy, hairy heroes, but heroes nonetheless. Kudos for each and every one of them for looking after children when they need it the most. This is the kind of bike I wouldn't mind in the least being woken up at 3 AM by, if it means they're around, protecting a child from those very real monsters that are, sadly, always on the prowl.
Much the same for me. If I am women by a bike parade sound, look outside and see like twenty hairy guys parking bikes outside a house with those stickers, I will immediately go back to sleep knowing that one more child is safe for the night
As a victim of csa I'm here crying and happy to see them helping kids who've gone through shit i relate to. I'm happy to know people like these exsist and care.
These men are awesome God bless them. I still remember a story of a BACA kid who was asked by a judge if they were afraid of their abuser and the kid said no because his friends were scarier then the abuser.
My new heroes!! These men and women are amazing! In this day and age it's wonderful to see people come together to help these kids in such a unique way. I'm so impressed...
These guys and gals are making a real difference. Standing up for these children is one of the most honorable acts I've ever seen. God bless you each and every one who is involved in this wonderful act of kindness.
I was raped 2-16 .. no one protected me or paid 4 what they did. My 1st suicide attempt was 9. I would haven given anything to have you guys and gals when I kept waiting by the window for the knight I read about in fairy tales 2 save me. Its means more to me than I can express to see you be real life protectors to those that need it. Bless you all so much
wow, these guys are the true heroes! it brings a tear (well actually a whole bunch of tears) to my eyes how dedicated they are into making kids feel safe enough to face their demons wow...just wow
As a victim of childhood sexual assault and molestation I appreciate these guys. I'm literally crying cuz it makes me so happy to know that such sweet and amazing people exist.
How many afro americans ride bikes in USA??? I dont think this group says no too anybody as long as they dont have a record with the police..Maybe that is an issue here....Butif someone belive they are racists they really really have a problem
Me. They're vigilante morons inserting themselves into extremely delicate situations in order to stroke their own egos and become convenient heroes. They're utterly untrained, intimidating, and potentially very dangerous. But everyone here is susceptible to puff pieces so fuck me, right?
“If you have any kind of child abuse on your record we won’t let you into our organization”. Somethings telling me that’s biker lingo for “y’all getting stomped” 🤣
@Zero Cool Dude, a paragraph to protect them is cool and all but it really doesn't make sense to dislike a video if the content is something to be enjoyed, rather than the sad shit you constantly see elsewhere. Just like it or don't like it, they should completely remove the dislike button. If people don't like it, the creator knows because it has very few likes. Dislikes are just a way for people to be rude and try to hate on content even harder than if there was no dislike button at all.
Love this, so incredibly important. I know children and adults who were abused when they were children that really could have benefited from an organization like this. We need more men and women like this on the front page news.
These guys are great, what an absolute fantastic, caring group of people. its unfortunate they had to come meet up with someone in my family, but it made such an amazing difference.
God Bless You richly and abundantly!!! Hero Bikers with huge hearts of gold. This is one of the best stories you've shown us. Thank you for sharing this. Beautiful people!
If any members see this I just want to thank you for the amazing work you do, you are an absolute credit to the human race and I am going to find out how to donate to you regularly.
Check out if your "local chapter" has any merchandise ! Usually the best way to directly support anything and then "tip them" as much as you'd like? I know we appreciate that 😉
thank you so much for standing upo for those who have been traumatized , u wish I had yall when I was a kid dealing with bullies . God Bless them bikers .
These people give me faith in humanity. I have undying respect for them. The courage and safety they give to children who have been through things worse than hell. it's invaluable.
Full marks to those men and women for stepping up. I once saw the case file of a police detective assigned to investigate child abuse. Thank God I wasn't the one handling those cases. I would've lost it. I would've hurt somebody.
what a brilliant group of guys/gals...i have been a UK biker for 32yrs and hearing those kids getting abused made me cry...keep up the good work, YOU are needed so much..thanks from the bottom of my heart for the protection and really helping those kids feel safe :D
