@@zoobiezaa see the thing is with feds is so scary is that it’s the nastiest and most ruthless prosecutors and they will burry you in court fines and fees and lawyer fees. Which will ultimately lead you to not having any money to continue fighting your case and eventually you gotta take a reduced plea deal before it goes to trial. If it goes to trial the chance of winning is far far lower than normal felony cases. And if you lose the trial you are gonna take the full amount of time they throw ur way since the judge will approve it.
