Anderson is such an underrated, under appreciated recurring character! thanks so much for posting, i thought i was the only one who gets excited for his appearances...
I started to notice Anderson more after he cried when Elle got shot, because it just seemed so heartbreaking that it affected people other than the bau main characters and their families/significant others. I love it when they involve others like Anderson just so genuinely, like they don't have to, but attention to detail. The bau main characters affect other people's lives, not just the unsubs and victims, but people in their everyday lives, even and especially when they're not trying and not always aware of it. I think it humanises the show and makes these people more realistic than what we often see in these things.
I had no idea that it was Anderson who tested Reid in the bar. Anyway it's a shame that he wasn't appearing in later seasons. Also is it just me or was Anderson dating that Gina girl.
I recently re watched the "100" episode (sobbing included) and saw Anderson and made me thought: "wait I've seen this guy before", even I didn't recognize him in the scene with Reid. His appearance were weird, I mean he wasn't even a "recurring" character with certain importance like Hayley, Kevin Lynch, Reid's mother, etc. I don't see the necessity to include him fo such little screen time. Yes he deserve better, a couple of important interventions would have been great. Wait, this video was uploaded around season 6, so I don't remember if he came back later on.
