Yes, thats exactly what they would have to do. If he went to a ordinary prison, it would obviously be a single person cell and no contact to any other inmates ever. I am a bit worried "they" will make it so that he gets to spend his time in home confinement, which of course would be more bending over backwards for a career criminal who doesnt deserve an iota of leniency. By the way I have no doubts that he will be sentenced in one or more of the 4 cases against him. Much like I have no doubt that the election will not save him, because he wont come near winning it.

What kind of person and what kind of hole do they live in if they don't have strong feelings about the guy one way or the other? I don't think it matters if they actually listen to the evidence, but the chances of having a plant on the Trump side is high.
