@@viiviizzz nahh its not true. thats what u see on the media. media reports crimes committed by students of prestigious schools or students w good achievements. it is for the bait, newsworthy shit coz thats what get ppl talking and spreading. not only do crimes committed by ur average joe in other tertiary institutions wont get reported by the media or as viral, their institutions will always talk to the victim and case close, no police report is being made to begin with.
