Hello! I know I’m two years late to the party but I wanted to thank you for taking the time to detail the differences between the Crimson Dawn saber cores. For some reason I had a lot of struggle trying to find a decent comparison video. Last night I ordered a baselit Centurion hilt as my very first premium saber, and I plan on taking it to my first Comicon this October! Also in reviewing your Crimson Core you mentioned that you had made a Sith OC and I think that’s super dope! I’ve been doing worldbuilding and character creation for 7 years now and it’s always cool to hear somebody who has the same interest :)
I own a V6 from Vire. Bought and then gave away the Crimson Core from Crimson Dawn which is almost the same as the V6. The V6 is better. The sounds are smoother, while Crimson sounds rough and static on some fonts, it's a little louder too. V6 has 5 music tracks and Crimson has 3 tracks. I do agree on one thing, Neopixel Proffie Core blows both the V6 and Crimson Core out of the water but over time the speaker from the Proffie Core can mess up and battery drains much faster.
@@PowerpixelYT shade v2 is awesome. I have 2 in black and when combined it’s absolutely fun to swing around. There’s great heft to it for its size. If you care for the step up, id suggest going for neopixel blades!
i have the tsukenshido neopixel from crimson dawn and it is properly balanced like a real katana. The balance point is actually supposed to be a few inches into the blade so your balance point is actually correct if you were to practice using a real katana or kendo. The tsukenshido comes with a 2" extension that I use to extend the top portion of the hilt which shortens the blade from 36 to about 34.5" and feels amazing and the heavier pommel it comes with also helps with the balance. You should look into extending your hilt or having a longer heavier pommel to compensate for the weight of the neopixel blade.
I have a dragoon that has good balance. I don't use the Neopixel for balance purposes, it's for aesthetics. Thanks for your concerns, but I like it the way it is.
It's really interesting to me you made your dueling saber so long. Is the end of it stable at that length? And you made it with multiple grip pieces or...?
I think the manufactures are putting to much tasking on one button,,, should have at least two buttons, one for sound fonts the other for color & blade visual effects.
I know its been a while since you posted this video but I can't find the answer anywhere. How long does the neopixel Crimson Dawn saber lasts until it needs to be recharged?
You keep saying "V6" but I dont even see that as an option in Crimsons dawns site? I see crimson core, neocore, golden harvest, proffie pixel, and crimson proffie
Sorry for the late response,cl College stole my life away. Lol. In the year that I've had it, it's never broken, and I've done some pretty hard dueling
