Crinkle cookie
Make 4 flavors of cookie with one basic dough.
Ingredients for the base dough:
110 grams of liquid oil
Sugar 280 grams
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
Confectionery flour 320 grams
Baking powder 2 teaspoons
It is better to use granulated sugar.
Powdered sugar is not suitable.
Add the eggs one by one and mix for a minute after adding each egg.
Divide the prepared dough into 4 equal parts.
Ingredients for chocolate crinkle cookies:
Basic dough + 20 grams of cocoa powder
Ingredients for lemon crinkle cookies:
Basic dough + grated lemon peel, a teaspoon + yellow food coloring + 25 grams of flour
Ingredients for pistachio crinkle cookies:
Basic dough + chopped pistachios 20 grams + 25 grams of flour +green food coloring
Ingredients for red velvet crinkle cookies:
Basic dough + 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder + 25 grams of flour + red food coloring
The concentration of the material is very important, it should not be too hard to stick to the hand or too loose (like film).
If the ingredients are too stiff, add egg white little by little.
And if the ingredients are loose, add flour little by little.
After resting, do not leave the dough out too much or hold it too much so that it becomes loose and sticky again.
Separate the ingredients to the size of a walnut.
Chop the pistachios very finely or you can use pistachio powder.
Grate only the lemon part of the lemon peel (you can use oranges instead of lemons).
Do not touch the cookies that you have taken out of the oven for half an hour because they are very soft and the baking process should be completed.
