Welcome to addicted to watches. Today we’re looking at a watch that most people have probably thought of buying at some point over the past 2 years and upon release, some colours were hotter than others. The one here is a surprising pick but might just be the best one. This is the Citizen Nj01050-81A, better known as the Citizen Tsuyosa.

Didn't know there was a two ton rose gold, we don't have it in France. Recently here I've seen 3 new colors without the cyclops. Maybe one for you, reference NJ0159-86A white dial, blue hands, indices seems to have blue edges too. Then NJ0159-86X military green camo and NJ0159-86Z salmon/copper brushed dial.

Thorough review however a small correction on the movement or movements the 8 series has always been hand wound just not hacking , until some models recently over a year or two.

Just ordered one from Jomashop paid 228$ total with tax/free shipping! Better than paying 350-400$ Super excited as I have 4 other cheaper watches around 150$ or less.

I picked up the yellow dial version of this watch. Two issues I have is the crown can be a bit hard to wind and like you say, the cyclops lens could be better. New to watch collecting, why are the watches not released at a global level? Some of the watch colors you shown are not available in America, at lease not yet.

Great question. Only citizen know the real answer but I'd probably say they have market research that indicates which styles will be more popular in certain countries or regions and they release them accordingly

Lume area on hands too narrow compared to hour markers, same as datejust, awful. And when o when do the Japanese stop putting a date on their watches or at least offer a no date. Also don't like the sunken crown. Thanks
