今回はおいしくて可愛い動物クッキーです！
動画内では猫といぬの形ですが、お好きな動物の形にアレンジするのも素敵だなと思います＾＾
【アニマルクッキー】
無塩バター 65g
粉糖 20g
◯薄力粉 80g
◯アーモンドパウダー 20g
ココア 適量
ごま 適量
チョコチップ 適量
ココナッツファイン 適量
1.バターを柔らかくなるまで混ぜる。
2.粉糖を加えて白っぽくなるまでよく混ぜる。
3.粉類を加えて混ぜる。
4.ある程度混ざったら生地の三分の一を取り分け、ココアパウダーを混ぜる。
5.プレーン生地とココア生地を冷蔵庫に入れ、2時間〜一晩冷やす。
6.犬や猫など好みの動物の形に成形する。
7.お好みでココナッツファインをまぶす。
8.鼻部分にチョコチップ、目部分にごまを付ける。
9.160℃に予熱したオーブンで25分ほど焼く。
10.完成！

1.Mix butter until softened.
2.Add powdered sugar and mix well until it turns white.
3.Add the flour mixture and mix well.
4. When mixed to a certain degree, divide one third of the dough and mix in the cocoa powder.
5. Place plain dough and cocoa dough in the refrigerator and chill for 2 hours or overnight.
6. Shape the dough into the shape of your favorite animal, such as a dog or cat.
7.Sprinkle with coconut fine to taste.
8.Attach chocolate chips to the nose and sesame seeds to the eyes.
9.Bake in a preheated oven at 160℃ for 25 minutes.
10. Finished!
