Ingredients:
3.5 kg Chicken Leg Pieces
4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder or Food Color
2 tbsp Crushed Whole Coriander
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
2 tbsp Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Ginger Powder
2 tbsp Cornflour
Oil for frying
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
2 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
Recipe:
Follow these easy steps to make this delicious dish:
Make gashes on the chicken leg pieces and marinate them with salt, Kashmiri red chili powder, crushed whole coriander, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Mix well and now sprinkle cornflour over the chicken pieces and mix well. This will create a crispy outer layer when fried. Let it marinade for at least 2 hours.
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame and fry the chicken pieces for 4 minutes while covering the pan. Then, turn the pieces and cover them again, letting them cook for an additional 3 minutes. After a total of 7 minutes, the chicken drumsticks will be crispy and juicy.
To make the tangy and spicy sauce, mix red chili powder and vinegar in a bowl. Then, add mayonnaise and mix well.
Serve the chicken drumsticks hot with the tangy and spicy sauce on the side.
