Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
Red Chilli flakes 1 tsp
paprika powder 1 tsp
All-purpose flour (maida)
Water as required
Oil for fry

You shocked me with putting it in the water with the flour on it ! I’m the only thing I would say would to def add seasoning to your flour too ! But other than that nice I’ll try this !!

If u want crispy chicken us cornstarch and flowe mixed. Fry at 180c and matain temperature. Season chicken or do a dry brin with seasoning for 4hour and then add butter milk and seasoning. It best to let is stand over night. Just one off the meny dishes my family requests i make twis a week

I cooked this today and it doesn't taste even close to KFC. The coating doesn't hold on to the chicken, is by far not as crispy as it looks like in the video, and the flavour profile of the marinade doesn't fit to chicken. Update: my wife and I had bellyache for the rest of the evening. The coating soaks up so much oil that one could simply drink the oil directly from the deep fryer instead. Never again will I cook this dish.

@@Survival_Shelter@0:58 can't you see all that liquid marinate left behind. All the flavors have gone into the liquid instead of the chicken, so you wasted all those spices. And then you went ahead and dip your flavorless chicken in water after coating it with flour, further diluting any flavor. Well why won't you use back the liquid marinate instead of water?? Only freaking idiots marinate chicken this way, no wonder they turned out bland!

After flour don't put it on water. The video trolled you. Instead put on eggs that been shaked and putit again in bread crumb. Then fry. Or you can skip the flour and goes to egg directly instead then bread crumb.

Additional Point: after fry use tissue paper to remove extra oil, and sprinkle piri piri mix powder and chat masala to get actual flavor of crispy chicken 😊

Curdled milk. Milk is an emulsion so when you break it the components are separated. Usually the emulsion is broken with some acid commonly being lemon juice or vinegar. So, buttermilk is milk + acid. If you type it in the search bar many recipes will pop-up.
