Ingredients: Chicken breast (cut into desired pieces) Milk Cornflakes (crushed into small pieces) Corn starch Paprika powder Flour Salt Pepper Oil for frying Instructions: Prepare the
chicken: Rinse the chicken breast pieces and pat them dry with paper towels. Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika powder to taste. Marinate the chicken: Place the seasoned chicken pieces in a bowl and pour enough milk over them to fully submerge. Let the chicken marinate in the milk for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the
refrigerator. Prepare the coating: In a shallow dish, mix together cornflakes crumbs, flour, corn starch, salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika powder. Coat the chicken: Remove the chicken pieces from the milk marinade, allowing any excess milk to drip off. Dredge each piece in the cornflake mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating to the chicken. Fry the
chicken: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet over medium heat. Carefully place the coated chicken pieces in the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the chicken pieces. Drain and serve: Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oil and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil. Serve hot and enjoy!
