Chocolate | treat | dark chocolate | puffed rice | crispy
Ingredients :
Water - as required
Dark chocolate - 150 gms
Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
Puffed rice or Rice Krispies -30 gms
5 - silicone cups or paper cups
Biscoff spread - as required
Method:
1. Keep 1 inch (approximately) water in a pot on a medium low flame.
2. Use a well-fitting bowl to cover the pot completely, preventing steam from escaping.
3. Add 150 gms dark chocolate - make sure the dark chocolate is 80%.
4. Now to this add 1 tbsp of coconut oil.
5. Steam in the pot melts the chocolate in 3 min approximately.
6. Remove the bowl from the pot and set it aside on the countertop.
7. To this add 30 gms of puffed rice or rice krispies.
8. Combine everything well.
9. Divide half of the melted chocolate mixture evenly among 5 silicone or paper muffin cups.
10. Repeat the same for the rest.
11. Place in the freezer for about 10 minutes or until firm.
12. Add 1 tsp approximately of biscoff spread per cup.
13. Spread it evenly.
14. Cover with the remaining melted chocolate mixture.
15. Spread it evenly.
16. Repeat the same for the rest.
17. Place back in the freezer for another 10 minutes.
18. Gently remove the crispy dark chocolate biscoff cups from the silicone cups once out from the freezer.
19. Crispy dark chocolate biscoff cups are ready.
20. You can add some sugar sprinkles if you desire just before serving.
