This meat is an imitation of the "porchetta di ariccia" that is cooked in Italy. it's painful to see it being put into a sandwich with dips and fries like a commercial burger. it is a product that has a crunchy part, a soft and greasy part and a lean and spicy part, therefore complete as it is. It can only be served with good crunchy bread that remains soft inside thanks to the fat. Any other sauce spoils all the authentic flavor.
