I think the reason food being prepared is so comforting to watch is because we can see the effort people put in their craft. You can literally see, feel, and taste the result of the hard work these two are putting in...it is beautiful.
Why am I watching stuff like that late at night? There must be a part in human's brain that makes us feel joy watching food get prepared, probably thinking that we are gonna eat

Right, that's "post drinking binge". Before Covid, they were starting to coordinate with the bars and nightclubs via apps and social media, and the grills and food trucks would be waiting for you when the bars and nightclub's close

Golden or dark brown yes, caramelized....but black is burnt. Not a fan of the charcoal burnt taste in my food, most Asians would pass on black burnt foods. Different strokes for different folks so if you like black bits of burnt meat or food, that's all you.

yo encuentro que la gastronomia argentina y chilena carece mucho de identidad. no se pueden destacar muchos platos. la mayoría derivados de comidas europeas. solo rescataría de paises cercanos a estos la comida peruana. pero es mi opinión y claramente alguien puede pensar diferente:) lo dice un chileno viviendo en españa jajaja
La cocina peruana es espectacular usan los aromáticos como nadie. Esto es una rica comida de ruta. Nada difícil de hacer un buen chori un buen churrasco ...ya era

@@Gordonfreeman5653 nada que ver , chileno. La gastronomía peruana es la mejor de sudamerica. Los españoles tienen cosas increíbles y únicas. No vas a conseguir embutidos como los de ellos, paellas, vinos ( temprsnillos únicos ) pesca, quesos.. Aunque cada pais tenga sus cosas especiales y manjares. Esto no es una competencia , disfruten y enriquezcan sus experiencias y conocimientos gastronómicos.
@@sintron1233 Those steaks are probably ⅜” or 9mm thick; the meat was certainly not frozen before it was cooked on the griddle. It may not have been to your taste but they were definitely not raw. A ⅜” steak doesn’t take long to reach 51°C (rare) or 55°C (medium rare).

Even if you stated ‘that steak is raw…in that side profile of the sandwich the middle Its not even rare… Reads to me like you said that steak is raw….Its not even rare it looks like the meat was frozen. Take a look at the placement of any steak on his griddle: none of those cuts of meat are frozen.
@@theStepFamm It is that the word "chorizo" should not be translated. Here in Argentina this type of "embutido" is called "chorizo", which can be pork or beef and the sandwich is called "choripán". I think that is how people who do not speak Spanish should refer to that food. (sorry for my english from google translator)

En mi corta estadía en CABA degusté sus asados y chorizos en especial en un restaurante que se llama La Rana ubicado en Villa Urquiza, cerca de Pacheco, una delicia, tambien en Lo de Charly buena parrilla y economica. Como quisiera regresar a la linda Argentina. Saludos a todos de un Venezolano.

I see these people have a heart for their Jobs. They put in honest hard work in every single recipe they making. The matter is once we put our heart into cooking, I'm sure 100℅ the food is great and amazing. At the end of the day resulting in a GOOD PROFIT.
