The Ghanean style is exactly the same as we do in Haitian cuisine. You MUST boil the meat first with the spices/marinade...and honestly i prefer it that way. 🙂

Oh yes we know we look good. Chicken was fried to perfection 👌 My mom always will marinade lightly and fry but without the light coating. Never even thought of coating the parboiled chicken. I told ya, always something new to learn in dear Nanaa's kitchen. ❤️❤️

Thanks for the video, I was able to make this for my family. We are having it alongside your fried rice recipe. They are amazing, I did have to change up the recipe a little, as all I had was Jasmine rice and cauliflower rice, but it turned out amazing.
