INGREDIENTS:

2 tsp curry powder (1 tsp for marinade and 1 tsp for stew)
1 lime
6 shallots sliced thinly
6 leaves sage
1 tsp rosemary chopped
1/2 tsp thyme chopped
1 tbsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Crushed black pepper (1/2 for marinade & 1/2 for stew)
1 tsp salt, or to your taste
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tbsp olive oil
REST OF INGREDIENTS FOR STEW:
1 tbsp ghee to sear chicken
2 large onions thinly sliced or chopped
1 cup white mushrooms (thinly sliced)
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup coconut milk
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Chopped red bell peppers for garnish (optional)
