Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe 

I made crispy and juicy fried chicken.
You can change the spices if you like.
✤ Ingradients
・600g Chicken
・1tsp Salt
・1 tsp Grated garlic
・1 tbsp Lemon juice
・ 100ml Milk
・1/2tsp Black pepper
・1 Egg
・ 60g All Purpose flour
・10g Cornstarch
・1/2 tsp Salt
・1tsp Garlic powder
・1tsp Ginger powder
・1/2 tsp Oregano
・1tsp Black pepper
・1/2 tsp Allspice
・Coriander 1/2 teaspoon
・1/2tsp Marjoram
✤Oil temperature 160℃
✤Oil temperature 180℃
