Pag hinango nlng ppahiran ng asin at konting vetchin at piprituhin na. Sa mga nppanood ko pag ngpakulo meron png bay leaf, star anise, bwang, sibuyas, pminta. Nku eh dagdag gastos lng yan.
I tried cooking this today as my birthday handa and it’s perfect. Tamang-tama ang timpla at lasa, parang nasa resto lang. I used pressure cooker. Instead of using 3 liters of water, i only used 1-5L. Starting from the time the pressure cooker started to boil, i let it boil for 20 mins to soften the pork. And then followed the instructions how to fry it. And tada!!! Super yummy with mang tomas gravy! Thanks!
