Crispy meat skewers in the air fryer / shish kebab in the oven / pork neck / breaded shish kebab

Recipe
for 8 skewers
Cut 600-700 g pork neck into pieces.
Marinade of your choice e.g. chmeli suneli, BBQ rub, shashlik spice, ..... marinate for a few hours.
Season 1 whole egg with 1 clove of garlic, salt and pepper. Possibly some sparkling water
Pierce pieces of meat in flour - egg - roll breadcrumbs.
Cook in the air fryer on a rotisserie for 30 minutes at 200°.
Or skewer on wooden skewers and place on a wire rack. Turn the skewers halfway through.
