1) Peel 3 potatoes 2) Cut the potatoes into thin slices 3) Cut 1 onion into thin slices 4) Put the potatoes and onion in a bowl 5) Add 150 gr. of flour, salt and black pepper 6) Mix well 7) Take a pan and add plenty of olive oil 8) Make a layer of potatoes 9) Make a layer of onions 10) Make a last layer of potatoes 11) Flatten the layers with your hands and add 3 turns of olive oil 12) Turn on the heat over low heat 13) Cover with a lid or plate 14) After 10 minutes of cooking, drain and store the oil 15) Turn the omelette 16 ) Reuse the oil and cook for another 10 minutes, covering with a plate or lid 17) Beat 1 egg with a little salt 18) Add the beaten egg and cook until cooked - - - Buon Appetito! - - -
