Красота и вкуснота. Но у нас в семье такое количество крема мы не используем. Но вот я ваш канал долго смотрю и в вашей стране очень любят крем. Ну и хорошо. У каждого народа свои традиции.

Those ovens you use seem to me to always be a little harsh..or you just leave them too long..did look dry on the inside.. and crunchie on the outside..why stack so high?..just make 2..and then the fruit won't have to stretch so far!

Not knowing the ingredients it’s hard to know what the fillings are….. The meringue crust is so dry and tasteless that I don’t understand why fruit wasn’t put on both layers ….. and I’m not sure why someone would put a spray of herb on fruit???? This is one of the weirdest whatever it’s called and I can see why they don’t make that many !!!

If you look at the "cross section" at the end when she cuts the meringue you'll see that it isnt a hard meringue throughout in the center its the soft chewy kind - egg whites, powdered sugar and lemon juice = *a sweet airy marshmallow tasting dessert with slightly crisp shell and soft almost chewy center* so not "dry and tasteless". Its no different from a Pavlova just stacked differently. The cream on it is also just cream and sugar - regular single cream whipped with sugar and then mixed with heavy whipping cream, this makes a lighter whipped cream than just using heavy whipping cream. As for the herb on top it looks like Thyme - possibly Lemon Thyme (goes very well with some sweet dishes), probably not eaten its just decoration same as the bow! They probably dont make them "en-masse" because anyone who has made a fresh pavlova knows that even if stored in the fridge the meringue will start to melt - much the same way cotton candy melts. Perhaps do a bit of research on baking/making a pavlova/meringue before being so negative?

@@angeltt4390 if you insist on trolling the comment section so you can read others opinions/comments instead of watching the video then you try this…. Write your own comment/opinion. This is in itself negative. Maybe you should research “etiquette” ? Now as far as me doing my research I have made pavlova and have had it in several cafes and it is tasteless and that is why the cream and fruit is added…. And as far as the two layers …. it needs another layer of fruit . Pavlova is in general one layer. And most of the time in individual shells. The thyme or herb doesn’t go with kiwi what so ever and even as a garnish the fruit will take on some of the herb flavor as it sits. But I’m sure you already know this? Now on your explanation of the different whipping cream, I never knew that and I do appreciate you explaining that, it was helpful and informative.

Hey! Maker of the film, give this dessert its proper credit - it’s called a PAVLOVA - originating in Australia 🇦🇺 - one of the few culinary contributions this country can actually be proud of - and the fruit is not an afterthought (“filled with fruit”) - it’s part of it the name. When you order a pavlova in Australia, that’s what you get. Don’t think you’re coming up with anything new here. Will report your video if it’s not edited.
