We present to you the simple recipes of Kiyomi Mikuni, the owner and chef of the Mikuni hotel, a French cuisine restaurant in the Yotsuya district of Tokyo.

[Ingredients] for 1 pizza
[Pizza dough]
200g bread flour
1 pinch of sugar beet sugar
3g dried yeast
3g salt
120ml warm water
30ml olive oil
[Pizza toppings]
A drizzle of olive oil
One can KAGOME Rich Aragoshi tomato
Plenty of small dried sardine fry
10 to 15 black olives
Plenty of cottage cheese
Some arugula greens
【Preparation】
・ Preheat the oven to 300 ℃.
【Procedure】
1. Put all the ingredients for the pizza dough into a food processor and mix. When the dough begins to come off the bottom of the bowl and forms a ball, knead the dough several times with floured hands. Let it rest.
2. With floured hands, stretch out the pizza dough.
3. Spread the Aragoshi tomato on the dough. Add the toppings except arugula. Drizzle with olive oil.
4. Bake at 300℃ for 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh arugula.
