Next, add 1 finely chopped onion, 2-3 finely chopped green chilies, , 1 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, salt to taste, and a handful of chopped coriander leaves to the mashed potatoes. Mix all the ingredients well to form a smooth mixture. Now, take a small portion of the potato mixture and shape it into a round cutlet. Repeat this process with the remaining mixture to make more cutlets. Now coat with egg snd bread crumbs.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets until they are golden brown on both sides.
