INGREDIENTS:
Dough: • Fetucelle Pasta
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups bread flour (or 00 flour)
Filling:
1 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
1 tbsp chopped basil
1 tsp chopped thyme
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
3-4 tbsp grated fresh parmesan
1 whole egg
pinch of salt and black pepper
Sauce:
1/2 cup cream
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
2 tbsp grated fresh parmesan
2 whole eggs (for breading)
4 cups dry bread crumbs

Semolina flour??? i usually use all purpose flour, is that bad?? i made panzotti yesterday.. Im in love with your kitchen,.. i hope someday ill get one like that edit: So i read the recipe... how much in grams is the 1 1/2 cups of flour??? cause i always use 100 gr one whole egg, and im trying to perfect it trying new combinations, and I was just thinking about only using egg yolks and some water.. So, how is the RATIO in that case?

Amerigo (an italian restaurant) makes a really good appetizer called cheese fritters. It is basically a fried, circular, creamy, cheesy ,and spicy fried cheese ball that is so good. Do you think you could show a recipe of it on your channel? Thanks!

I want to learn how to make the parmesan-lemon "sauce" you used there and also, do you know how to make a "creamy" sauce not using anything with lactose (no whipping cream or half and half or milk... ) ? its weird but good cheese doesn't give me headaches but milk does and so does half and half, whipping cream etc... :/

+Nicolai Beswick traditionalism does not always exclude superiority. the years of recipe development mean that it was perfected. while i & 'the Italians' do support refinment, fusion kitchen, hell, even experimental and molecular cousine (el buli) comparing flavor refinment with deep frying everything is just sad, and shows the lack of understanding of this fine art

+Grominblix I get your point, but people have other concerns than always being healthy. Speaking for myself, I rather sacrifice fresh flavours, when I don't feel so well. Outcome: I feel better. Helps me getting over my worries and then I move on. You just need to find the right balance.

+Nicolai Beswick sure, people also trade great books for romance flicks, and art galleries for instagram... comfort instead of art, and you, ofcourse can do as you please but it still saddens me to an extent.. dealing with emotional problems by jumping into something less healthy well...results in bad health and even worse feelings if overdone ;) and takes away the art component that food, believe me on this one, really can posses. the modern culture of consumerism (because you've mentioned traditionalism) devalues and offers quick, sometimes unhealthy and damaging instant problem fixes. eat fat it makes you feel good, date many people to feel loved and, at last, disregard art because its complicated, unobtainable and requires work - just go for the quick fix and you'll be fine. but without a deep understanding and deeper pleasures I find life empty, just as many lost people battle that by fixing it with something quick addictive and well...valueless

on the 26th can you make cinnamon bub no bake cheesecake here is what you do make the dough / base of cake so you need 3 1/2 flour,2 tbsp sugar,1 tsp salt,2 1/4 dry yeast,1 tsp sugar,1/3 lukewarm milk,2 eggs,2/3 lukewarm milk,4 tbsp melted butter, 1/2 extra flour. let rest for ten minuets then line the cake tin with dough now the inside 750 grams cream chess,400 whipping cream,1 cup sugar,2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 brown sugar let rest all night. i hope you can make this cake if you can please make it on march 26 please thanks

I made this for dinner last night, it was amazing and very impressive but its one of those foods that you can only have 2 or 3 of. Also, make sure that the ravioli is separate at all times cos they will stick to each other and cause a nightmare! Next time i want to try it with a tomato sauce, the ravioli needs some relief from fat. But so good, got so many compliments with it. Thanks Bryon!

I remember my grandma used to always use her pasta machine and I wanted to help her as a child but she didn't like it when I helped because I would always shove it in or spin it really fast! Haha. Miss her so much
