All I can say is this: I’ve had chicken livers sautéed at fancy bistros to KFC chicken liver Wednesdays the next town over, BUT your recipe is THE BEST EVER WAY TO EAT CHICKEN LIVERS!……….AMEN👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It costs over five dollars per container here in Wisconsin. We love them. I fry them with sliced mushrooms , chopped onion, and chopped bacon.
