ngl I knew him from the other channel and avoided the videos involving him. After a while I've unsubscribed the other channel and listen to every Rants video.
I’ve been so used to watching CR7 doing skills , chops and scoring goals that I totally overlooked how good his passing was very underrated aspect of his game.

He always had great heading tho even in his younger years, it's a myth when people like Rants say he didnt use to head the ball. In his first couple years at United he had a few headed goals including one in the FA Cup final his first season. In Euro 2004 his first international tournament at 19 both his goals were leaping headers from corners including a goal in the semi finals against Holland. So yeah of course he did work on headers like he worked on his whole game but he always had that ability, it's just that he was a wide midfielder back then so he wasnt in the box much or on the end of crosses he was the one crossing.
Cristiano Ronaldo at Man Utd was different gravy. He was getting us all of our seats with his tricks. Think it was his 3rd season when he started scoring and becoming more consistent with his end product but he still had the sauce at the same time. Even though he was only in the premier league for a short time he’s definitely a premier league great

He is a more entertaining player to watch than messi imo, messi simply dribbles past players, ronaldo actually wants to annihilate you, makes you hate the sight of him and we were blessed to see all this live in actual games. Cr7, ronaldinho and currently neymar are a different breed when it comes to players with an infinite box of trickery, they have a thousand and one tricks up their sleeves it is unreal, I will always rate them over a mere dribbler when it comes to pure entertainment value, we don't see too many of their kinds. When u put all that together with his efficiency in scoring, assisting, titles won and unforgettable moments he has given us football fans for club and country over the years, there is no putting any player above him. Definitely the best of his generation at least. I personally don't compare cross generation cuz it is unfair and who are you to judge what u didn't witness. I watched messi, ronadinho, zlatan, kaka, e.t.c and will watch the mbappe's and halland who r ushering in the future and have no doubt that cristiano is the best of his era.

Both Messi and CR7 are in my top 3 but that's just me. At the end of the day bro Football is a very subjective sport, unlike track and field where you can objectively say Usain Bolt is the greatest sprinter to ever live, due to having the world records and his medals. There is no set in stone criteria for football when it pertains to greatness.
Everything you said in this video, is Exactly how i feel about Cr7. I do like him, and im not blind to his greatness, but to me Cris is an extraordinary Athlete who`s very good at football. While players like Messi, maradona or neymar (for example) Are propper fotballers to me. Stat machines like Haaland, older Cr7, bruno fernandes etc......Do have their place in this sport. But Benzema describes it well, in this quote. Karim Benzema: Football has become a game where players can play bad for 90 minutes and then score a goal and be called Man of the Match and get the spotlight.
