This is why Cristiano is the best player the world has ever seen. He doesn't just hold all the club and country titles, all the goals, all the individual awards, but he also has world class talent in every other aspect you'd never notice if you didn't watch full matches. His passing is deadly accurate, his vision on the pitch is unmatched, his timing is impeccable, and his commanding the play is what wins matches, not just his individual skill. Messi is without a doubt one of the best to live as well, but this is why imo, Cristiano is the best player the world has seen. He has all the natural talent, dribbling, finishing, passing, touch, and technique, but also backs it up with his ability to assist the team and track back and forth. This is 2022, at 37, you'll rarely ever find someone still with his pace and acceleration. For all the clowns that say he's finished or should retire, you clearly don't understand football or play competitively. When you play in a club that lacks talent, your motivation dies, along with everything else. Whether he stays at United or goes to Napali, give him a few months to adjust, then you'll see why he's the world's best player.

Anyone saying Ronaldo was a problem last season clearly didn’t watch the games. He was generally the only bright spot along with a few others that kept United in the top half and he’s the only reason they made it through the CL group.

From a striker, he had to drop down deep to be a play maker and build up the attacks. He was still ended up the top scorer of his team, and the 3rd top scorer of the premier league! The only problem with him is that he keeps pushing his teammates to do better, they don't like it.
