I can hit a knuckleball 3 ways...all self taught. His technique is 1 of them and it takes a lot of body control and a violent snapping motion to create such power as it's motion is 90% from the knee down. Just like on a half volley, toe to knee is inan absolute straight line. You have to find the exact spot on the boot to not create any spin. Takes a lot of reps to find the spot and get the technique down. I prefer to hit the ball between the ankle bone and top of the boot.

He is only kicking the necessary for the tests, and the distance is very close to the goalkeeper so you cant put much spin or power... the curvature depends and the swing effect in the air depends on power and distance... so in this case the curvature is much less, because the space is also less and theres other things, like the wind and weather... you can kick in the direction of the wind to make a curvature, i did that lots of times..just need to make a technic shot and play with the wind direction to do an extra curve angle for example and also how do you catch the ball its in the air or on the floor, it differs.
