Spot on video! That was our life for 30 years before moving to Medford. Understanding the drainage on a property is also acutely critical. We love our new city services, and it is quiet in the hills, but i do miss those dark country nights.
You make pretty cool videos. I'm seriously considering selling my house in tx appx 325k and buying land/home in S. Or. I do irrigation and noticed several supply houses in the area. Currently, I install sprinklers in the bay area Ca but want to move my family to the country soon...
