What a podcast! After watching a ton of Haney's instagram reels and seeing the high quality medical conversations he was having on his own page, I thought let's set up a podcast on The Paramedic Coach. Haney is extremely enthusiastic about resuscitation, and learning everyday about how we as the medical system can provide better patient care.
We had a blast creating this podcast and was an honor to have him on the show, you might want to watch this back twice as Haney drops a wealth of resuscitation knowledge on this podcast, hope you enjoy the conversation.
Be great,
Evan, The Paramedic Coach

I think one of the most agrivating parts of the job as a EMT, is trying to find a pulse knowing one is there, but just not able to feel it.

Usually the A and B vanish from the ABC , good CPR in progress, nobody has checked and cleared the airway, nobody has improved the breathing with high flow oxygen which takes pressure from the heart (Blue hearts dont restart) . You can do the best CPR in the world, if A and B are not in order, there will be no outcome.

Everything he said I can totally agree with especially since I work in the ER I can see exactly what he means.

This was pretty good. I would of love to hear his perspective on Ketamine Nebulizer. Down in texas is something that was discussed in the EMS conference. Great conversation, you guys. Hope to see him on the show again.

Hey coach. Great guest/podcast. It’s so rare (at least in my area) to find a physician to take the time to talk to us and give tips Ultrasound would be great. I can’t remember if u were still around when there was the ultrasound sign out at ops but we could only use it for fluid check in the lungs
