I feel like they’re adding VC onto C Ops reloaded to test how it’ll go and what to fix so they can release it to the western/other countries without getting all the useless hate with simple bugs that could be fixed. Also I feel like they wanted to release VC on the Asia markets because most Asian countries (not trying to stereotype) especially Korea have higher end devices to handle the VC. People here in the US/other will be complaining about how VC doesn’t work or how the game doesn’t work when it’s simply their device being low end.
