Watching the "How the hell is this our life!?" reaction always brings joy. Honestly, the thought that Sideshow, like THE SIDESHOW, has made these mustg be so wild for them. These statues are the ones in the glass cases that you drool over at cons, I can't even imagine what it must be like to see something you made up, that lives in your head, and that you put a lot of yourself into be made into one of these epic physical objects. Also, CADUCEUS! LOOK AT HIIIIIIM! Look at our lanky cow man! His expression is perfect! And CALEB! With Frumpkin too! AHHHH I want them all! But alas, I will just have to stand here with my face pressed up against that glass case and grin because they exist.

The essek Fandom is the one reason I haven't finished campaign 2 and I'm like 4 episodes away. I saw so many people going into like the level of what people did to Ashley and Marisha if that ship didn't land and I just couldn't. I'm gearing up to dive back in soon.

Usually you get cast members who put on a show, giving semi-authentic reactions to pieces inspired by their work. Critical Role role cast, however, are the most genuine folks to watch geek out over content by and for them. So awesome to watch

I really wish they would add Essek to the Nien set. He teamed up with them be them and in a way was as close to Matt being able to play as one of the party as you can get. Plus a lot of folks really love that character and would love to add him to put collection.

M9 is by far my favorite... and i love LOVE how beautiful all the collectibles are... BUT!!! Where is Essek? If Matt has a character in M9, its him. I would LOVE to see hot boy in all his floating glory.

I don't know about that. Besides Essek, both Lucien and Artagan the arch-fey are both pretty memorable as well.

@@isaiahwelch8066 No slight but, uhhh... Lucien is Taliesin's Character through and through. I love the guy but, Artagan is more an NPC, filling in story gaps while Essek is front line and center actually getting real play time under Matt throughout many episodes. ...That being said... You do make a good point. He definitely deserves an Artagan statue as well. xD

I love both Lucien and Molly (although I'm more a fan of Caduceus) but, Matt didn't make those sassy lads. That was Tal's big idea. Artagan and Essek are Matt's brain babies. He needs both. xD

Whether they are a professional business now or not, at the core they were just a bunch of actors that befriended each other in private and then went public with their TTRPG session. And every person who ever played a campaign would kill to have a Sideshow Statue of their character. This must be so surreal. I have been eying those things for ages (I love the Star Wars stuff), but thank god I neither have the room to display them nor the inclination to make that room. Saved me a lot of money considering how many of them interest me. ;)

I am so very picky about figures....so many years they just lacked the detail..with a few exceptions. Last 2 decades they have really stepped it up. These are simply top notch examples of my kind of Art. Sadly they are out of my financial reach...such detail and personality it warms my heart ❤️ Very nicely done 😊

It is art work like this that restores my faith in the art word. The detail, color, and energy that each piece brings is absolutely breath taking and can fill the air with an aura that is tranquil. While just looking at them you can fell like your reemerged and taken away back to the story. The excitement, The horror, The fear, The yearning, The love, and The sorrow... The artist and crews that put all of this together have my up most admiration and respect. It may not mean much to y'all with me being only one of the the millions out there who view your content, but it makes me fell better to be able say Thank you...

Would have been super cool if there was an Allura and Essek to go with these sets. Though as a DM myself, I can only imagine how surreal it is for Matt to see all of these together. As Sam and Tal said, there’s a part of Matt in all of these characters as really none of this would have happened without him. Would have been great to see the characters that were essentially Matt’s self inserts in each campaign. Any time they sneak him into something it’s well deserved

I hope they make a statue of Matt. Like, a heavy dark robe and hood covering the top half of his face, with his trademark vest underneath. Can have him holding either a few dice, a big book, or have his hands steepled together like he so often does.

The interview is super nice, but, in terms of video I think you guys could have put the guys them around a table with the statues explaining parts of their choices, like Mollymauk's tattoo or the patterns of their coat, Caduceus race and colors, how Taliesin came up with the Pepperbox design, Sam's choices for Scanlan and how Dotty came about too, why does Nott use a porcelain mask. It would feel cooler but it wouldn't cost much more to film.

I visited your website and I have to say, the process was kind of a pain in the butt. I couldn't get a shipping quote because of an unhelpful error, and when I asked the support person, it turned out to be an issue with trying to get a quote on pre-order items; no info anywhere else about that. The person told me I'd be able to get a quote via the "Additional Details" tab which was also false.
