I have noticed that any city by night and by day - two big differences! :-) So, while I'm trying to edit a film about a walk in the afternoon, let's see what happens there at night! :-)

Trogir (Horw. Trogir, ital. Traù, Latin. Tragurium, gr. Tragurion) is a city in Croatia, in Dalmatia.
The Central historical part of the city of Trogir a UNESCO world heritage site.
Historic old town situated on a small island, separated by a narrow channel from the mainland and the channel wider from the big island of Ciovo. The bulk of the population lives in Trogir's mainland and Ciovo.
Tourism brings more than half of the revenues of the city. In addition to the tourist service of the population is occupied with fishing, the construction of yachts and ships, and in the vicinity of the city is also viticulture.
Trogir (Tragurion) was founded in the III century BC by Greek colonists from the island Vis. The city successfully developed, however, in the Roman period was in the shade nearby and prosperous town of Salona (Split). In the VII century on the Dalmatian coast came the Slavs, and soon the city was under the rule of Croatian kings. In the XI century the city established a diocese.
In 1123 the town was captured and completely destroyed by the Saracens, but was recovered quickly, reaching the peak of its prosperity in the thirteenth century.
In 1420, together with a large part of the Dalmatian coastal cities and Islands, Trogir came under the control of Venice.
After the fall of the Venetian Republic in 1797, the city became part of Austria.
During the first world war and the second world war the city was occupied by the Italians, after both wars Trogir became a part of Yugoslavia.
After the collapse of the latter in 1990, the city became part of independent Croatia.
Attractions:
Old town - even among the numerous and well-preserved coastal and island cities of Dalmatia small area of the historical part of Trogir is renowned for numerous palaces, churches, towers, old buildings. Romanesque architecture is organically combined with the architecture of the Renaissance and Baroque left over from the Venetians. Streets of the old town, are woven into a maze and intersect each other at different angles, make Trogir different to any other city on the Croatian coast.
The Cathedral of St. Lawrence - the largest building in the old city (XIII-XVI century) with a tall bell tower. The pearl of the internal decoration of the Cathedral is the carved portal of master Radovan (1240).
North gate (XVII century) - the main entrance to the city from the mainland. Next to the gate is the statue of St. Ivan Ursini, the patron Saint of the city.
City walls (XIV-XV century) - fragments of a powerful medieval city walls can be seen from the Northern and Western parts of the city.
The Kamerlengo fortress - fortress of the XV century, located on the Western tip of the old town. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the old town.
Prince's Palace (XIII century).
The Romanesque Church of St. John the Baptist (XIII century).
The Gothic Church of the Dominicans on the waterfront (XIV century).
Neo-Gothic Palace Cipiko (XV century).
The town hall (XV century).

Our route for 7 days traveling in Middle Dalmatia:
"Moscow - airport Split - Trogir - Split - Hvar - island brac (Bol and Sumartin) - Makarska - Brela - Baska Voda - Makarska Riviera - Biokovo (top of St. George) - Omis - Split airport - Moscow"
Weather in late September was remarkable: +22-25, the water in the sea +21-22 gr.
