Hi Krystal, I'm a 12yr old young crocheter and I tried out a mini one. I wanted to say that this is a wonderful tutorial and I love all your explanations!
thank you I am planning to make one for my daughter because she's going to have her 17th birthday on the fifteenth of next month, and I will love to watch her wearing this and another cute dress I bought for her
I love how easy this made the whole process! Probably the fastest I have been able to run through a project thus far. Already done with making the arms!
I hope people aren’t stealing your pattern. I just saw another video with this sweater from 3 months ago. It’s beautiful and I know patterns take time.
This tutorial is the best. I tried many other tutorials but they all didn't explain well. I already made my first sleeve it took me 3 days. I am soo excited to finish it.
I never thought that I’d be able to watch a 40 minute video with my adhd but I literally just watched your entire video and I haven’t even started on the project yet. You explain things in a very simple way and I really appreciate that. Thanks for the great tutorial I can’t wait to try it. Edit: I MADE IT AND IT WAS SO EASY OMG I LOVE IT THANK YOUUUU
Hey how long did it take you. I have adhd too I'm nearly 6 hours In qnd I'm still on the first sleeve. I'm really hoping I hyperfocus on it tomorrow for q few hours
@@vikkibytheway8550 it took me about a week or something each sleeve took about two days and so did the back the front pieces took one day because I got super excited to finish it but I’d say it should take you about one to two weeks if you’re like me
Thank you so much! Los tutoriales en inglés para mí son muy intimidantes porque están en un idioma que no domino, pero entendí muy bien el tuyo, espero pronto hacer mi cardigan 🥰
I'm going to make one for myself I'm so excited because summer holidays are finally here so I'm going to be doing a lot of things and I think this is going to take a lot of time but I really want to make one for myself I'll try thank you💗💗💗
i used a 4.5 mm crotchet pin instead of a 5.0mm one and so far there's little to no holes on mine and its like not weak in a good way. I'm using super saver red heart aran yarn sized medium.
Thank you soooooo much I'm still learning to crochet. Like kind of but this helps ALOT. U explained it so well and made so much sense. This is my first big project and I only have 3 years of experience. I just want so say that thank you SOOO much I'm on my second last part and just got one more sleeve to go and I am so excited😁😁😊❤️
I am a beginner, and i loved this so much , i will start making it, hopefully i will succed and get all the steps right❤❤ thanks so much for your share
Thank you so much for sharing this tutorial it is so clear and helpful, i made one cardigan followed this tutorial one year ago and now i am going to make another one for my cousin ❤❤
I really like your tutorial!!! I’m halfway through and the only thing I did differently was decrease instead of skipping on the sleeve bc it looks a little tighter❤️
Thank you so much, this is so cute and my cousins favorite color is yellow and I know she with love this. It looks so pretty, the instructions were also very clear to understand thank you! 😁👍
Hi, I have a question can I change the type of stamen or should I use the same as your? And in case I would like another type of stamen the hook also changes?
This is perfect! I know yours is cropped, but I’m gonna make a cardigan for each of my little cousins! They’re 10 and 7 so the size will work great to fit them well :)
Hi! this cardigan is beautiful! I am from Argentina and it took me a bit to understand it, it would have been very good if you passed us the measurements of each part for those of us who do not have a sample cardigan to measure it. For example, how many inches measure the sleeves, the back and other parts to make it a little easier for those of us who speak another language haha, beyond that, it is BEAUTIFUL and I LOVE it. I'm going to try to do it, if someone had the measurements in inches it would help me a lot! thank you thank you very much
@@krystaleverdeenif you're confused while slip stitching sleeves to back panel and front panel of the cardigan you shouldn't have to stitch the sleeve together in the first scenario. I think before stitching the sleeve like circular you can connect it to the panels then stitch the sleeve together. It's crazy that I'm watching this tutorial 2 years after uploading. It's so easy to cope with. Thank you so much ❤️
today i bought a really pretty lavender coloured yarn as well as a crochet hook to start crochet for the first time! as i write this, i'm currently on my fourth row of half double crochet (the first sleeve)!! it has curled a bit but, i'm fine with it since i'm only a beginner and i realised it's because of the tension at which i did my chains ahaha oops! it's a circular sleeve anyway HA!
@@dianastefana8706 ayeee yes!! 🥳💜 i hope yours turns out super cute!! i’m still on my first sleeve aha - i’ve been doing it here and there whenever i have a bit of free time 🥰 how far have you got to go with yours? 💜
@@fredaprak Some of the curling on your work can be relaxed by blocking your project. If you don’t know how to do this: just mist the crochet fabric with a little bit of water, reshape it, and lay it out to dry on a yoga mat or plastic mat. You can do that while the work is in pieces and then sew it together. Hope that helps. :)
@@poofywings aw thank you for taking the time to write this! i was definitely thinking of doing something to fix the curling so this is so useful for me!
Hello!! If u start u can complete within 2 weeks if ur an beginner and ur free If ur working and crochet during ur free time It hardly takes1 to1and a half mont to do But in both condition u cant make the flowers on it
If you work for like 6 hours a day, it will take like probably 1 to 2 weeks, but if you work 2-3 hours a day, it may take you a month if you're a slow crocheter
Another thing you could do is do a decreasing stitch for the cuffs which is pretty much just a half single crochet but before finishing off the stitch you go into the next stitch and do one more half single crochet and then pull through all three loops. This is just a tip though I hope it was helpful. I’m definitely not trying to say she is wrong or my way is better I’m just saying it’s another way you could do it which I think is easier ☺️
Tysm for this! My friend wanted me to make a cardigan for her and this is exactly the style she wanted :) One question tho, for the front panels how many stitches did you end up with after all the decreases?
Girl, I feel you I was also self taught I’m currently 11 taught myself crochet, but I suck at Amagurumi I think that’s how you spell it I don’t know, but I’m really good at making bags well not with bulky yarn of course which I’m literally using to make this cardigan, I think it’s going to take me like a month, but yeah
this tutorial was very nice and easy to follow! although i’m confused about attaching the flowers, i know you said to either slip stitch them or sew them on, (i’m gonna slip stitch), but how exactly did you do that? thank you!
Sooo beautiful 😍 I wanna ask you Should I take the measure of my sleeves from the top point of my arm cause when I see it in the end the sleeves are far a bit from the top point in the arms. Thank you so much 💛
Hi. Love your pieces and how you teach, just a beginner. Wanted to ask, once someone learns from your tutorial and they went to sell their finished pieces is that okay?
Did watch it till the end? Yes,yes I did Am I gonna try it? No,not a chance. Am I gonna show it to mom and tell her"omg I love this I wish I could crochet" so she makes it for me? Yes, definitely😂😂😂
How can I add another thread if the first thread has finished? How can I connect the pieces together? How do I finish crocheting? Please note that I am a beginner, so I do not know the names of some stitches
making this right now! still working on the first sleeve lol. your explanation is very clear and very easy to follow, I'll update when i've completed the entire thing? about how long has it taken everyone to complete this entire project?
Yoh. I loved the tutorial. It's winter this side so it's a perfect time for me to start making it . But I'll make a few changes to the cardigan. I'll share the final project
