Crochet Challenge for Warm Up America 2024 - TUTORIAL 

I so loved making this blanket. Every moment of it. It took me 20 days and now that it’s done I am sad. That’s how much I enjoyed this blanket. I can’t say thank you enough for all the many hours of planning that must go into getting this ready for us. Such a great cause and I gave warm thoughts and love into my blanket for a child. I can’t wait to see what will come next year. Give your self a great big pat on the bag for a job well done! 🤗

Please consider giving more time next year and years after to get these blankets completed and sent.

I love working with grannies! Last year I tried the feather stitch, but it just wasn't my favorite, so WUA got a few feather stitch sections 😅 and another pattern for the blanket but it was all to a good cause!

I have been trying to get my first spiral done. My stitches are not pronounced like yours. I wish I could see the side view of where exactly the back loop is. Because I feel like I’m doing it wrong.

Hello Brittany I have started this blanket and I think it's gonna be tpp big, will warm up America still accept it or do I have to apart over.?

What do I do if I somehow managed to get my exposed spiral on the opposite side?

Pattern calls for 4.5 mm hook. What I am finding are US G-6 (4.0 mm) and US H-8 (5.0 mm). What do you advise?

I can't find the gauge for the spiral square. I saw the solid one is 4.5 inches and a little smaller than the spiral.

Yikes! I don’t know what I’m doing wrong?? 😮 I think I’m putting my stitches in the right place but it keeps curling…. Is this happening to anyone else? I really want to do this blanket but I can’t figure it out.
