What size hook is needed please

Hi Emily, the stitch multiple for the diamond section is a multiple of 4 but increasing the width till impact on the heel and the toe decreases too. A simple way to increase the size would be to use Super Bulky/Chunky yarn and increase the hook size to that recommended my the yarn label.
