Make swatches to see how many stitches you get in say like 4-8 inches. Then divide number of stitches to see how many stitches per inch. Then take your measurements and do the math to figure out how many stitches you need. And try on as you go.

My granddaughter has just asked me to make one. I take it you need to chain an even number of stitches. I would have liked to know how large the neck size was. We don’t have your 4 ply in England our 4 ply is very thin yarn. I have to use dk. I notice other people would like measurements please. However I will probably be able to work it out for myself if you don’t have time to reply. You are a good teacher, this is the best tutorial I have found, so thank you very much. I’m going to start now.😀

Hi, why do you recommend only chaining between 3 and 7 for the arm holes/ body at 25:30 i just find that part a bit confusing. Currently following the tutorial, but been stuck due to the lack of explaining that part and being unsure.

Hi ! I love your pattern and I’ve been trying it as a gift for my little sister ❤ I have trouble with the first part tho, I’ve made plenty of rounds, it indeed becomes wider on the shoulders but my little sister would like having it longer on the front and the back, is there a way to do it ? Because if I keep making rounds normal it because too big on the shoulders 😭 I don’t have much experience, I mostly do amigurumis 😭 thanks for the advice
